Choose Your Deal On New Homes In Hoddlesden

House-hunters in Lancashire are invited to take a close look at the Spinners Brook development in Hoddlesden, where they can choose their own incentive deal on a couple of selected plots.

Spinners Brook is a collection of 79 homes on the site of a former Lancashire mill. Kingswood Homes is building a whole range of property types here, from one-bedroom apartments to spacious five-bedroom executive homes. The ‘Haybarn 4’ is one of the show home house types and Plot 7 is priced at £359,995.
