With the busy autumn new homes market seeing a flurry of activity across the UK, Kent house-hunters have a host of new opportunities to investigate their options with the unveiling of new marketing suites and show homes.

The houses offer open-plan living, with bedrooms filled with natural light, some of which have vaulted ceilings, and living areas opening onto gardens.
