Two Show Homes Set To Open In Thorpe Hesley

Jones Homes is set to open two new show homes to house-hunters at its Wentworth View development in Thorpe Hesley, South Yorkshire.

‘The Bowdon’ and ‘The Latchford’ will be open for appointment-only viewings from the end of this month, with social distancing measures in place.

Jones Homes is building 144 new homes at Wentworth View, off Upper Wortley Road, with a range of three-, four- and five-bedroom houses currently available to purchase.

As part of the planning agreement for Wentworth View, Jones Homes will inject almost £725,000 into the local community. The contributions include £250,000 towards education, £72,000 towards sustainable travel and around £400,000 in the form of a Community Infrastructure Levy.
