Final Homes Released At Cheshire Development

The final homes have been put up for sale at Kingsfield Park, a Jones Homes development in Tytherington, near Macclesfield, Cheshire.

Construction work is nearing completion at the 184-home site, which is situated close to Tytherington Business Village. Work here started in 2014 and there has been a range of homes built here, from two- and three-bedroom mews homes to five-bedroom detached houses. Most are now occupied, with just four remaining for sale.

“The final homes are four-bedroom detached houses, all with garden rooms and bi-fold doors opening out onto their gardens.

“Demand is extremely high at present as more and more people commit to buying a new home. The recently announced Stamp Duty holiday means our final residents will save thousands of pounds.

“The government’s Help to Buy scheme is also available, so these homes can be secured with just a five per cent deposit.”

Help to Buy is currently available on new homes priced up to £600,000. The purchaser requires a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage. The remaining 20% is provided as a government-backed equity loan with no interest payable for the first five years.

The final four-bedroom homes are priced from £463,950 to £476,950 and are viewable by appointment only.
