Summer Events At Kent Developments

Posted 11 July 2023 by Helen Christie

Hyde New Homes is hosting two events at its Kent developments this July…

Hyde New Homes is hosting two customer events this July. Taking place on Saturday 15 July at Whitstable Heights in Whitstable and Saturday 22 July at Spring Acres in Bapchild, near Sittingbourne, the WhatHouse? Award-winning developer will unveil its brand new show homes, each carefully designed with families in mind.

The sales team will also be on hand to talk to visitors about the great range of buying schemes available to help make moving easier this summer. For prospective buyers, bespoke tailored incentives of up to £10,000 will be available on selected plots which are available for outright sale.

Families will have the opportunity to explore the impressive new designs, while any children attending can enjoy complimentary treats such as goody bags, freshly popped popcorn, and made-to-order candy floss.

These family-friendly events align with the forthcoming launch of Shared Ownership homes at Spring Acres, featuring 58 two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes and the current release of three- and four-bedroom homes at Whitstable Heights.

Spring Acres, which currently offers three- to four-bedroom homes, will soon have the privilege of enjoying a new country park, providing ample natural open spaces and children's play areas, enhancing the overall quality of life within the community. Prices start from £365,000.

The show home ready for viewing at Spring Acres is the four-bedroom Primrose design. This stylish family home is available for outright sale from £380,000 and benefits from spacious open plan living, with a living room/dining room that has French doors leading to the garden.

A separate kitchen can also be found downstairs, equipped with high-quality, energy-saving fixtures and fittings. Additionally, there is a w/c and plenty of storage. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, including two doubles. One of the doubles features a sleek and modern en suite with fitted wardrobe, while the other two rooms are singles that can easily be adapted to meet the needs of a growing family such as a playroom or office. There is also a good-sized family bathroom.

Whitstable Heights, located less than half an hour away along the coast, forms part of the newly proposed “Garden City” in the seaside town, with community and sustainability at its heart. The development currently offers two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, perfect for first-time buyers those with young families and downsizers. Prices start from £322,500.

At Whitstable Heights, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the four-bedroom Cormorant design, part of the development's popular ‘Dovecote' collection. Available for outright sale it is priced from £520,000.

This impressive home comprises a separate spacious lounge and a contemporary kitchen/dining room, complete with energy-saving fixtures and fittings of the highest quality. French doors lead out to the garden, providing a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The ground floor includes a convenient WC, and ample storage space. Upstairs, the Cormorant offers two double bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobe. There are also two single bedrooms and a modern family bathroom which completes the upper level. Both show homes each come with parking space and a garage.

Both Whitstable Heights and Spring Acres enjoy stunning locations. The former boasts captivating views over Whitstable Bay, encompassing the picturesque Kent coastline, while Spring Acres is nestled within a country park setting, offering a serene and natural environment. In addition to their scenic surroundings, both developments benefit from excellent transport links, providing convenient access to London and beyond.

Minnie Dando, head of marketing and communications at Hyde New Homes, expressed her confidence in the popularity of both Spring Acres and Whitstable Heights among growing families, attributing it to their thoughtful designs, breathtaking surroundings, and unwavering commitment to quality. She says: "Spring Acres and Whitstable Heights come with their own identity which appeal to a range of wants and needs particularly when it comes to affordability. It is hugely important for us at Hyde New Homes to showcase how home ownership in Kent can be a reality, and not just a dream. We look forward to welcoming people to our family-friendly events and hope they will be beneficial to those seeking information and advice on where to make their next move.”

Both the events will run from 10am – 5pm at Spring Acres and Whitstable Heights.
