Videos Showing Housebuilders Are Offering Safe Site Visits

While it’s encouraging to hear about all the latest reopenings of marketing suites and show homes, it’s understandable some people may be a little nervous without actually visualising what to expect.

Two major housebuilders have created videos to show and explain what a visit will entail.

Barratt Homes

This video has been filmed at the housebuilder’s Braid Park development in Tiverton, Devon, and group sales and marketing director Jeremy Hipkiss takes the viewer step-by-step through a site visit and what the company has put in place. This includes enhanced signage (internal and external), an intercom system to ensure entry only when safe, provision of glove dispensers and hand sanitisers for customers, and protective desk screens. Countryside

Joe Brown of Countryside has gone to the Russet Grove development in Tonbridge, Kent to take you through the process of your private appointment.
