Two Show Homes Now Open At Darlington Site

There are now two show houses to investigate at Elder Brook Park, from developer Homes by Esh...

Homes by Esh has announced the opening of two new show homes located at its Elder Brook Park development on Neasham Road in Darlington.

Two house types, ‘The Arundel’ and ‘The Southwark’, showcase a taste of luxury living in these high specification, spacious properties for modern families. ‘The Arundel’ is a four-bedroom property with integral garage which is designed to lend itself to the flow of family life. An entrance hallway leads to a spacious lounge as well as an open-plan kitchen/dining area with bifold doors, providing a seamless link to the rear garden. Inspired by the luxury surroundings of the Bells building in Leeds, ‘The Arundel’ has a modern industrial style with neutral tones, neon lights and bold flashes of colour.

‘The Southwark’ house style takes inspiration from the earthy tones of the high-end Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester, making use of popular materials such as marble and darker toned woods, as well as contemporary gold additions and leather touches to give the individual spaces a real chance to shine. It is a four-bedroom home which benefits from a detached garage, a bay-window lounge and downstairs study room – providing the perfect flexible living arrangement for today’s hybrid working culture.

Colin Willetts, deputy managing director at Homes by Esh, said: “We are delighted to open the doors for visitors to our new show homes at Elder Brook Park. As a developer, we are committed to building homes which are superior in quality with high specification design. There are 15 different house types under construction on the development, which ensures we can meet local need with homes that suit the desired style and size for home-seekers.”

Elder Brook Park“The interior design choices of ‘The Arundel’ and ‘The Southwark’ reflect modern trends with contrasting themes, providing something for everyone to enjoy and an opportunity for visitors to catch a glimpse into living in a Homes by Esh property.”

Elder Brook Park presents a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses centrally located just minutes from Darlington city centre. The development is designed to appeal to a range of buyers, from people looking for their first steps onto the property ladder, to families, and later stage households looking to downsize.

Installed with the latest and greatest features, including bifold doors, contemporary-coloured windows, HIVE smart heating, a state-of-the-art security alarm system and block paved drives, the properties are greener and more economical, helping to reduce energy consumption, water usage and waste. Each house type features high-quality fixtures and fittings from well-known brands including Hansgrohe, Porcelanosa and Beko.

Willetts added: “We aim to build neighbourhoods where communities can thrive and Elder Brook Park is no exception. We are experiencing high demand from eager buyers, and we are excited to meet more house hunters who would like to start their buying journey with us.”
