Since the launch of the development last year, Heronslea Group has seen an unprecedented rate of sales at Squires Park...

Hertfordshire developer Heronslea Group has seen its Squires Park scheme in central Bushey officially become its fastest-ever selling development.

Launched in autumn last year, the development is already 75% sold. It’s a gated collection of 55 apartments and houses set in seven acres of landscaped grounds surrounded by woodland. Located close to all Bushey’s amenities, transport links, and a range of excellent independent and state schools, the site backs onto Bushey Hall Golf Club.

Jason Rishover, CEO of Heronslea Group, commented: “Demand for quality new homes is thriving in and around Hertfordshire, as eager buyers take advantage of the Stamp Duty holiday. Places like Bushey have become sought-after as buyer habits have changed since the pandemic struck, with people seeking homes with offices and outside space. Bushey represents much better value for money than homes in London, yet has great commuter links. We have been delighted with the response to Squires Park, our latest flagship development, which is very special indeed, as there is nothing else like on the market. Buyers here will get a feel of being close to nature, yet in the heart of Bushey and close to all its wonderful amenities while enjoying life in a luxurious new Heronslea home.”

Squires ParkStill available are a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments and four- and five-bedroom family homes, all with private parking. The array of property types has appealed to first-time buyers and downsizers as well as families seeking good catchment areas.

Internally homes benefit from bespoke interior design finished with contemporary décor and a high specification throughout.

Bushey is a highly desirable place to live, with a number of leading schools, shops, cafés and restaurants within Bushey Village High Street and Bushey Heath’s High Road. Bushey is home to a number of historic buildings and an abundance of green space including Bushey Country Club, Mary Forsdyke Gardens and Bushey Rose Garden. Close by is Aldenham Country Park with its 600 acres of parkland and Hartsbourne Golf and Country Club.

Squires Park is in the heart of Bushey, just a few minutes’ drive from David Lloyd Club and just seven minutes’ drive from Watford High Street and Intu shopping centre. For commuters Bushey Overground station is close by and provides direct access into London Euston in just 20 minutes. By road Bushey is easily accessible from both the M25 and M1.

Prices start from £475,000 for the apartments and £749,000 for the houses.
