A collection of just 14 apartments in one of Hertfordshire’s most highly sought-after areas, Radlett, is launching with a show apartment on Saturday 2 October.

Hillside House, by developer GRIGGS, is situated in a quiet residential setting, on the corner of Beech Avenue and The Drive, within walking distance to Radlett’s high street and mainline station. The apartments are focused on the latest in luxury living, combining high-end comfort with life-enhancing technology.

Mark Johnson, sales and marketing director for GRIGGS, commented: “We are delighted to be launching this highly anticipated, prestigious new development to the market, it will make an exciting addition to the village. We have had an unprecedented number of enquiries for apartments at Hillside House and we are predicting it will be very popular.”

A high specification has been used throughout, with the open-plan living design creating a sense of space. The contemporary designed RotPunkt kitchens feature soft closing cabinetry and come complete with Miele integrated appliances. Each apartment boasts beautifully designed contemporary bathrooms and lavish en suites to the master bedrooms. Hardwood herringbone flooring is featured in the hallways, while hardwood straight-lay flooring features in the kitchen/living/dining rooms. The bedrooms feature luxurious carpets and professionally designed bespoke fitted wardrobes to the master suites.

Hillside HouseThe apartments, arranged over four floors, all benefit from private underground parking, and feature private gardens, balconies, or terraces. There’s lift access to every floor direct from the car park basement. Internally, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom spacious apartments range in size from 1,121 sq ft to 1,628 sq ft, with two penthouses on the fourth floor.

Radlett offers charm and character with a community feel. Its properties are a mix of bijou cottages mingled in with statement homes. Located in the valley of Tykes Water, a stream that runs from Aldenham Reservoir to the River Colne, it lies between St Albans and Borehamwood and is entirely surrounded by Green Belt. The village has a lovely selection of local shops, restaurants, pubs and boutiques and even has its own theatre, The Radlett Centre, a 300-seat auditorium offering a wide programme of touring dramas, musicals, stand-up comedy and children’s entertainment.

First-class transport links ensure Hillside House is ideal for getting into London with Radlett mainline station a short walk away providing trains to King’s Cross St Pancras in 30 minutes. The M1 and M25 motorways are close by providing direct access to Greater and Central London, as well as the rest of the country.

Prices start from £900,000. Find out more at www.griggshomes.co.uk.
