Generator Group is launching an executive house type at its Laureate Fields development in Old Felixstowe at an event on Saturday 31 July, between 10.00am and 5.00pm.

To be released is a collection of just four of ‘The Tennyson’ houses, all offering exceptional views towards the Bawdsey Estuary, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. At 1,959 sq ft, this is the largest house type available at Laureate Fields.

This home accommodates a second living room featuring a full-width balcony on the first floor to maximise views across the countryside and estuary. The properties also comprise a master suite, second en suite double bedroom, two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor with a WC and spacious open-plan kitchen/ dining/ living space on the ground floor with separate utility room.

The contemporary German engineered kitchen offers Silestone composite stone worktops and a full range of integrated appliances including induction hob, multi-function dishwasher and wine cooler. With large bi-fold doors to the south-facing garden and engineered oak timber floors, the open-plan living space is flooded with natural light and offers the perfect space to entertain.

The homes feature high-quality fixtures and fittings including oak veneered doors with chrome handles, brushed steel sockets and light switches; while bathrooms benefit from ceramic wall tiles with a feature wall, wood-effect Amtico floors, high-quality ceramic sanitaryware, steel baths and rain showers. There is also a large garage to keep your car, bicycles and paddleboards.

Laureate FieldsEllie Miners, sales and marketing manager at Generator Group, said: “We’re delighted to invite people to take a look inside ‘The Tennyson’ at our exclusive 'Dusty Shoe' launch. These beautiful four-bedroom houses, the largest and most exclusive at Laureate Fields, have just been completed and buyers will have chance to be one of the first to view them. Spaces are limited, so please get in touch early to avoid disappointment.”

Laureate Fields is situated next to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that stretches north from the sea along the banks of the River Deben. From your door, you can enjoy picturesque country rambles or take a leisurely walk to Felixstowe Ferry, with its clapboard cottages, houseboats and ancient fishermen’s inn.

Prices for ‘The Tennyson’ start from £750,000. Two-bedroom apartments and two-, three-, and other four-bedroom houses are also available, with prices starting from £230,000. Help to Buy is available at Laureate Fields to first-time buyers purchasing a property up to £407,400. The sales and marketing suite on Ferry Road, is open Thursday to Monday, 10.00am to 5.00pm.
