Launch In Pretty Nottinghamshire Town This Friday
Friday 14 to Sunday 16 August is the launch weekend for The Rise, an exclusive new housing development in Southwell, considered to be one of the prettiest towns in Nottinghamshire.
With a completed show home ready to view, estate agent Gascoines, acting as joint agent with Pygott & Crone, will be welcoming house-hunters to find out more about the collection of 38 homes located in town a few miles west of Newark-on-Trent. The homes are being delivered by partners nmcn plc and Stagfield Group.
The development offers a range of two- and three-bedroom homes and apartments in a variety of styles. Some of the homes will also be available through Help to Buy and Part Exchange schemes.

Gascoines will also be operating a booking-only system for those who would like to attend the launch, between 10.00am and 2.00pm. There will be complimentary refreshments and a tour of the three-bedroom show home.
