Help To Buy Launch At Crouch End Scheme
Developer Far East Consortium (FEC UK) is now offering the government’s Help to Buy initiative on a new phase of apartments at Hornsey Town Hall, enabling first-time buyers to secure a home in one of north London’s most sought-after areas.
As a part of the overall master plan for the development, the period building of Hornsey Town Hall itself is undergoing careful restoration and refurbishment and is set to fully open to the public and residents alike in 2022.
Now available through Help to Buy, and set in the grounds of the iconic Grade II* listed Art Deco building, is a selection of one-bedroom apartments, priced from £505,950 and ready for move-ins from winter 2021 into spring 2022. The first phase of units are located in the Uren block – the largest of the new residential buildings – which takes its name from the architect Reginald Uren who designed the original Town Hall and Town Hall Square.
