Elevate Property Group is inviting house-hunters to book a place on an open day and site tour at Trent Bridge Quays...

With 60% of the homes on Phase 1 now sold, this weekend Elevate Property Group is inviting house-hunters to an open day and site tour at Trent Bridge Quays, a riverside development in Nottingham.

Since viewings were permitted again on 8 July, agents FHP Living have been conducting escorted site tours, under social distancing guidelines, for potential buyers who had already registered an interest, but on Saturday 22 August, they are holding the first open day with a site tour that is open to the general public, by appointment only.

Elevate is currently building 95 townhouses and apartments at Trent Bridge Quays and 20 of the first phase of 38 are already sold. With a planned completion this autumn, two show homes – one an apartment and the second a townhouse – are on track to be opened in mid-September.

David Hofton, sales and marketing director at Elevate Property Group, said: “There has been a noticeable upsurge in inquiries about Trent Bridge Quays since lockdown was eased and viewings with social distancing and appropriate safety measures were permitted.

“This has accelerated since the Chancellor announced a temporary holiday on Stamp Duty up to £500,000, and we also have Help to Buy available to assist further those who are looking to purchase.

“Demand is strongest for a river view and buyers can choose from a range of homes that includes a one-bedroom luxury apartment from £192,500 to a three-double-bedroom townhouse from £345,000.”

He also revealed that that three of the luxury penthouses at Trent Bridge Quays had already been snapped up, and there was significant interest in the penthouse apartments with roof terraces and balconies on Phase II. Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2021, this will include a further 40 apartments and 18 townhouses on the former Muller site on Meadow Lane.

The company has also just received planning permission for three riverfront duplex apartments overlooking Tinkers Lock.

Places on FHP Living’s hard hat site tour on Saturday 22 August are already being snapped up and viewing is by appointment only through Joe Hargreaves on 07876 396008.
