First Look At New Apartment Scheme In Birmingham
The transformation of one of Birmingham’s historic gun factories has been unveiled for the first time in new images released by developer Elevate Property Group.
The derelict Gunsmith House, a former gun factory in Price Street, has been transformed into three luxury apartments as part of a wider £23million development which will see a further 82 brand new one- and two-bedroom apartments built to the side of the original building. Construction work is on course to be completed early in 2024.
“This is our 11th development in the city centre and arguably our fastest selling, with over 65% of the apartments now sold,” explained David Hofton, sales & marketing director at Elevate Property Group. “The availability to view the two-bed, first-floor show apartment will give purchasers a look inside the development and the quality of the interior fittings and furnishings.”
There are three luxury apartments housed in the original Gunsmith House building; a one-bedroom property on the ground floor, with its own terrace, a two-bedroom unit on floor two and a unique two-bedroom duplex property with mezzanine and vaulted ceilings (both boasting balconies).
The 82 new build apartments, adjoining to the side, are being built around a communal landscaped courtyard, with many of the apartments having either terraces or balconies. There are also a selected number of properties that have the option of purchasing one of a limited number of gated car parking spaces.
The Price Street location is less than ten minutes’ walk to Snow Hill offices and railway station, Colmore Row’s financial district, Birmingham City University, and the Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
One-bedroom apartments start from £215,000, up to the largest two-bedroom apartments at £520,000. Find out more at [email protected].
