Weekend Off-Plan Launch Of Ramsbottom Development
House-hunters in Greater Manchester can take a first look at a new development in Ramsbottom when it launched off-plan on Saturday 9 January.
More than 700 people have already registered interest in Holcombe Gardens, which is located on Bury New Road. Buyers can now make an appointment to find out more about the 35 properties being built there.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “The response to Holcombe Gardens has been fantastic. We have a database of more than 720 people who’ve enquired about the homes and are keen to find out when they will be released for sale and how soon they would be able to move in. Our sales team is keeping them updated and will be inviting those who have registered their interest to visit the sales office by appointment only.”
Set in a cul-de-sac, Holcombe Gardens will offer a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom properties, including nine affordable three-bedroom homes which will be sold at 75% of the market value, subject to eligibility criteria. There will be a mix of two-storey homes and some split-level properties that will be three storeys at the front and two at the back.
“Smaller towns like Ramsbottom have become increasingly popular as a result of people staying at home more during 2020. Having access to outside space has risen up buyers’ priority lists, while commuter links have moved down; but, in reality, Holcombe Gardens offers the best of both,” Morris added. “There’s potential for stunning views over the valley to Holcombe Hill and Peel Tower and a walk to the tower could become part of a regular routine for those who move to one of our new homes.
“For those who do need to commute, the M66 and A56 are within easy access, providing links to places like Bury, Bolton, Burnley, Blackburn, Rochdale and central Manchester.”
