New Development Opens In Middleton

Show homes at a new housing development in Middleton, Greater Manchester, are now available to view.

Elan Homes is transforming a former brownfield site in the town to provide 67 new homes at Millfields. There is now a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached.houses for sale, priced from £189,995. The Help to Buy scheme is available here, as is the housebuilder’s own EasyMove initiative.

They are showcased by two show homes. These properties will be available to view seven days a week by appointment only, with social distancing measures in place.
