Elan Homes has seen a flurry of sales at The Hyde in recent weeks and has a growing list of people who want to view a finished example of the homes before committing to buy.

This Saturday 14 November, the housebuilder will open a two-bedroom ‘Malham Special’ style show home, by appointment only, to give buyers an insight into what they can expect in a brand new home there.

Current prices at The Hyde start from £335,000 for a three-bedroom ‘Whitley’. Set out over three floors, this house type offers 949 sq ft of living space including, at ground level, an open-plan kitchen and dining room with Juliet balcony, plus separate lounge with French doors leading to the rear garden and a cloakroom.
