New Show Home Launched In Lower Darwen

After initially launching the first phase of its Tower Gardens department off-plan, Elan Homes has launched a show home at its Tower Gardens development in Lower Darwen, so now buyers have the opportunity to see inside a professionally styled and fully furnished show home.

To celebrate, Elan is offering a package of incentives at Tower Gardens, including covering the cost of Stamp Duty on selected new homes, in a deal that could save buyers thousands of pounds.
