Off-Plan Sales Success In Lisvane

Posted 23 February 2021 by Keith Osborne

There has already been considerable interest in the luxury homes available in one of Cardiff's most sought-after suburbs...

Enjoying a sought-after village location, just five miles from Cardiff, the popularity of the new homes at Beaufort Gardens has been demonstrated by early property reservations by keen off-plan purchasers.

Edenstone Homes has a show home opening this spring but in the meantime is confident of building on its initial success. since its launch last October. The housebuilder’s sales director Adele McCoy said: “To date we have sold eight homes off-plan, that’s over a quarter of the first phase of properties at Beaufort Gardens. It points to confidence in the housing market in this part of Cardiff, but also demonstrates that buyers recognise Edenstone as a homebuilder with a proven track record of delivering premium quality properties.

“We also have a database of more than 200 people who have registered their interest in the development, many of whom are waiting to be able to view the show home this spring.”

Beaufort Gardens offers a choice of four- and five-bedroom luxury homes, with current prices from £599,995 to £746,995.

The premium specification at Beaufort Gardens includes a choice of contemporary or classic designs from the Masterclass Range of kitchens from Sigma 3 Kitchens; underfloor heating, bespoke glass- and oak-detailed staircases and contemporary Roca sanitaryware. Some of the properties will feature free-standing baths and walk-in showers, as well as wood burners to the lounge.

“Lisvane is one of the most affluent and sought-after places to live in Cardiff. Just five miles from the city centre, the homes we’re building at Beaufort Gardens truly offer the best of both worlds. Buyers will be able to balance city and rural living, from an unrivalled position within the village and close to ancient woodlands,” McCoy added. “We anticipate that there will be an increase in demand when we open the show home and would encourage potential purchasers not to wait, but to make an appointment with the sales team now so that we can help match them with a property that meets their needs.”

Along with building new homes, Edenstone will be investing almost £200,000 in the local area with funding allocated to upgrading public transport facilities, footpath improvements and a contribution to public open space.
