New Luxury Show Home Opens Near Cardiff

Posted 11 June 2021 by Keith Osborne

Edenstone Homes has unveiled a fully decorated and fitted luxury family home at its development in sought-after Lisvane...

An eagerly anticipated show home is now open for viewing by appointment only at Beaufort Gardens in sought-after Lisvane village, near Cardiff.

Edenstone Homes is giving buyers exclusive access to its four-bedroom detached ‘Truro’ show home at Beaufort Gardens. Professionally styled and fully furnished by leading designers from Andrew Henry Interiors, it demonstrates the spaciousness of the properties, while also revealing the specification available in these luxurious new homes.

Viewing the show home will also reaffirm why Beaufort Gardens is ‘the place to be’ for discerning buyers wanting a home that exudes quality and sophistication, said Edenstone Group sales director Adele McCoy: “Beaufort Gardens has already proved to be enormously popular with 16 of the 28 homes in the first phase already having been sold off-plan. This success is a reflection of the desirability of the location, combined with the beautiful style of the homes and their sought-after premium specification.

“We understand that some buyers wish to wait until they see a home and can view for themselves the impeccably high standard of build and the range of styles and options, both inside and out. Those who had already reserved their new home at Beaufort Gardens were given priority access to the show home and we’re now extending an invitation to other buyers to book their own exclusive visit to the show home.”

Priced from £774,995, the ‘Truro’ is a four-bedroom detached home with an integral garage. The kitchen, dining and family area extends the entire width of the rear of the property, providing a sociable space with direct access out to the garden via two sets of bi -fold doors. There’s also a separate spacious lounge at the front, with the all-essential utility and cloakroom completing the ground floor accommodation in this executive family home. Upstairs, there are four good-sized bedrooms, and a family bathroom. The main bedroom has a hotel feel with luxury en suite and walk-in dressing area; while bedroom two also enjoys the convenience of an en suite.

The specification in all of the homes is very high, with a choice of contemporary or classic designs from Sigma 3 Kitchens’ Masterclass range with fully integrated appliances including Neff ovens and induction hobs – and an undercounter wine cooler; underfloor heating to the ground floor and bespoke glass and oak-detailed staircases. Bathrooms will have contemporary white sanitaryware from Tissino and vanity units to main bedroom en-suites and ceramic wall tiling from Porcelanosa.

“The ‘Truro’ show home really is a must-see for anyone who aspires to live in Lisvane – it’s a shining example of the unrivalled specification we offer and demonstrates perfectly just how generously proportioned the homes are,” McCoy added. “Lisvane itself is one of the most affluent and sought-after places to live in Cardiff, and the homes at Beaufort Gardens reflect that. The exclusively private development features the most perfect homes in the ideal location, close to the city centre but in an enviable, rural village setting near woodlands.”

Beaufort Gardens features a collection of four- and five-bedroom homes with current availability from £619,995 to £774,995. Find out more at www.edenstonehomes.com.
