Housebuilder’s Upcoming East Midlands Buyer Events

David Wilson Homes is hosting a series of events this November aimed at house-hunters in Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

The free-to-attend events have been designed to give house hunters a comprehensive insight into the properties and moving schemes on offer to help them on their journey to finding a suitable new home.

David Wilson Homes events in Leicestershire this November

On Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 November at the homebuilder’s Wigston Meadows development on Newton Lane in Wigston, there will be an Open House event for its four-bedroom ‘Holden’ and three-bedroom ‘Fairway’ style properties – homebuyers can save £24,500 and £35,000 respectively as part of a limited-time deal.

Taking place on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 November at the Grange View community on Grange Road in Hugglescote an event to inform property seekers about its Key Worker Deposit Contribution scheme and how to secure a quick an easy move with Part Exchange. The sales team from this development will be present alongside advisers from Maynard Estates, a Coalville-based estate and letting agency.

On Tweed Street in Leicester at New Lubbesthorpe, the developer will also be hosting an event for key workers with a focus on first-time buyers, on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 November.

David Wilson Homes events in Nottinghamshire this November

On Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 November, the housebuilder is opening the doors to nine properties for sale across Fernwood Village and Hunters Place in Fernwood, Romans’ Quarter in Bingham, and The Hawthorns in Sutton in Ashfield.

Also this weekend, there’s a Part Exchange event at the developer’s Stonebridge Fields in Mansfield, which is set to give current homeowners the chance to secure a quick and easy transition into a new property. For example, the four-bedroom ‘Kirkdale’ style home, which is ready to move into and includes savings of up to £28,000, will be available for visitors to view, and a sales adviser will be on hand to assist buyers on how they can make the most out of the scheme.

Two similar events will be taking place at Fernwood Village on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 November, and at Romans’ Quarter on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 November. As well as receiving expert advice on the Part Exchange scheme, prospective buyers attending the Fernwood Village event will be given the exclusive opportunity to secure wardrobes included with their new home if they reserve over the course of that weekend.

Another event takes place on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 November at The Skylarks in East Leake, which is targeted towards first-time buyers.
