West Lothian Development Opens Phase Two

Livingston-based Dundas Estates has launched the second phase at its major West Lothian development, Uphall Station.

Following a strong run of sales off the back of growing demand for space, home offices and connecting gardens, the housebuilder is now selling a new collection of homes which includes four- and five-bedroom family properties, as well as three-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, within reach of many budgets.

Sales manager Heather Birrell believes the key characteristics of the development, with more than £16million in sales to date, is what is making it even more appealing as demand changes as a result of the last year.

She said: “This is a milestone development for us, bringing large spacious homes within reach of both the capital and many families’ budgets.

Prices start with the semi-detached, three-bedroom ‘Robson’ at Plot 57, available for £213,500. It includes a spacious open-plan kitchen living space. A main bedroom includes an en suite in addition to the first-floor family bathroom and two further bedrooms.

Top of the range is the five-bedroom ‘Maitland’ which covers 1,750 sq ft excluding the integral garage, giving a growing family three floors of flexible space. Recently released Plot 49 is available for £365,000.
