New Apartments Launched In Musselburgh
Developer Dundas has released for sale a new collection of apartments at its popular project The Wireworks in Musselburgh.
These latest two-bedroom properties, in block three, start from £269,995 and each comes with a balcony, with tranquil views of the River Esk. Inside, there’s a spacious contemporary open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, Smeg appliances, a luxury bathroom, Hive-controlled heating and hyperoptic broadband enabled.
The 140-home development will have the capacity to store 140 bicycles in internal and external bikes stores. Electric car charging facilities will be available throughout the development.
Calum Miller, client manager at Dundas, said: “The latest release of properties at The Wireworks is a unique opportunity to own a luxury new build apartment with stunning views of some of the region’s standout natural wonders.
“Musselburgh is fast becoming a hotspot commuter town, with it lying just five miles outside of the city of Edinburgh. There is an abundance of local amenities from bespoke cafés and bars to boutiques and restaurants.
“Our Wireworks homes are uniquely designed and purposely built to be highly efficient and will help minimise buyers’ energy use and individual carbon footprint.”
The Wireworks is a £35million redevelopment of the former Brunton Wireworks site in Musselburgh and will bring to market a range of high-spec one- to three-bedroom apartments. Designed by Michael Laird Architects, it is inspired by the location’s industrial heritage, while the contemporary homes have been designed to be practical, light-filled and spacious.
