There are deals worth thousands of pounds on a number of plots at Dandara's Foxhall Gait, just a few miles from Edinburgh...

WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Dandara has some major deals on selected plots at its Foxhall Gait development in Kirkliston, near Edinburgh.

Foxhall Gait is taking shape as it delivers a great selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. Its location means there’s scenic countryside on all sides of the village, with good local amenities too, including shops, schools and a golf course. Edinburgh city centre is within easy reach by car or bus.

Dandara is currently offering some excellent deals on the brand new homes for sale here across a wide range of budgets, so whether you’re a first-time buyer, growing family or downsizing to a more manageable, low-maintenance home, there are some great incentives worth thousands of pounds on some of the plots. All offers are subject to terms and conditions.

  • The ‘Lewis’ on Plot 21 is a two-double-bedroom terraced house priced from £239,995, with a deal where Dandara will £500 per month as a mortgage contribution for 24 months.
  • The ‘Lismore’ on Plot 89 is a three-bedroom/two-bathroom end-of-terrace house at £279,995 with open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, currently available with a 5% deposit contribution worth £14,000.
  • The ‘Iona’ on Plot 78 is a detached home with integral single garage, priced at £399,995. There’s an open-plan downstairs floor plan with the bonus of separate storage and utility space, and all four bedrooms are doubles (one en suite). The 5% deposit contribution deal is worth £20,000.

It has four double bedrooms on the first floor (one with en suite, two sharing a ‘Jack-and-Jill’ shower room in addition to the family bathroom) and a fifth single bedroom/study on the ground floor. There’s also a utility room, lounge and detached garage. Priced at £460,995, this can be purchased via Dandara’s Moving Made Easy scheme, where the company will liaise with estate agents for a fair valuation of your existing property and pay their fees up to £5,000.

Current prices start from £239,995, and the development is open to view seven days a week – Monday to Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm, and Saturday/Sunday from 11.00am to 5.00pm. Find out more about Foxhall Gait from Dandara.
