Show Home Now Open In Clapton
A two-bedroom show home is now open at Quartet, a development located opposite Clapton Common which housebuilder Countryside is providing as part of the Tower Court regeneration programme by Hackney Council.
The Council’s Carole Boye and Karis Johnson-Ambrose conducted the opening of the property, which is one of 80 homes there, including one-, two- and three-bedrooms apartments and two- and three-bedroom duplexes. The show home demonstrates what buyers can expect there, with a modern kitchen with integrated appliances, underfloor heating, Amtico Spacia flooring and carpet throughout, an audio/video entry system and floor-to-ceiling windows. All homes have at least one balcony or terrace – the show home has two. There’s bicycle storage and Access to Car Share scheme and super-fast Hyperoptic broadband with first three months free.
Potential buyers will now have the opportunity to take a full tour of the show home and understand the other features across the development such as the surrounding landscaped courtyards, the available bike stores and the Car Share scheme. To comply with Covid-19 regulations, prospective buyers can also view the show home via video on a smartphone.
These new homes are spread across four modern buildings with attractive landscaping and well-designed communal outdoor areas.
The area is filled with great shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes as well as schools, entertainment and other amenities right on your doorstep. Located in Zone 3, Quartet offers an escape from busy city life, being surrounded by greenery whilst also having excellent transport links to central London and beyond.
Springfield Park, under a ten-minute walk away and spanning over 36 acres of green space, is ideal for walks and cycling. The nearby Lee Valley and the River Lee offer a range of sports facilities, including for athletics, horse riding, ice-skating, and tennis.
The Clapton Common area is a great location for families thanks to a number of excellent schools in the area, which include Springfield Community Primary School, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, and eight other primary schools to choose from, all within a mile of Quartet. Secondary schools in the area are also of high calibre, with five of them rated ‘Outstanding’.
There’s a special offer this month on a property in the Daubenton Court building. It’s a two-duplex priced £715,000 and whoever reserves it this month and receive a bespoke £10,000 interior design package. This home has a master bedroom which comes with its own en suite and fitted wardrobe, a good-sized double bedroom perfect for families or guests.
Hackney Council's not-for-profit housebuilding programme is delivering affordable new homes for social rent and Shared Ownership with some homes sold outright to help pay for them.
Prices at Quartet currently start at £485,000. Find out more at www.countrysideproperties.com or [email protected].
