There are housebuilders right now offering special deals for keyworker house-hunters at two developments in the East Midlands.

Bowbridge Homes is working alongside Snowdon Homes in offering £5,000 worth of tailored incentives to all keyworkers (not exclusively NHS staff).

This is a new scheme specifically introduced due to the current pandemic and aims to give thanks to all keyworkers by providing them with £5,000 to use towards whatever they most need – whether it be Stamp Duty, legal fees, removal costs, flooring or upgrades.

The sites are as follows:

The first is Northdale Park in Raunds, Northamptonshire. This bespoke collection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes set in rural Northamptonshire just a short walk from the centre of town. With green space at the heart of the development and Stanwick Lakes country park and Rushden Lakes close by, the development will provide a wonderful quality of life. For travelling, the nearby Kettering and Wellingborough railway stations have regular services to London St Pancras International, Nottingham, Sheffield and Leeds.

Northdale Park

The other is The Stables in North Kilworth, Leicestershire. It’s a development of 24 individually-designed three-, four- and five-bedroom homes in a popular area for families and those searching for a countryside environment with an active community. There are also many good amenities, schools and travel connections nearby. St Pancras station can be reached in just under an hour from Market Harborough station, whilst Birmingham can be reached in around 30 minutes.
