Chestnut Homes has released the last two homes for sale at Manor Farm in Bardney, Lincolnshire, as construction work there nears completion.

Over the past 16 years, 194 houses have been built on three parcels of land at the site off St Lawrence Drive. The most recent phase included 44 new two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, including nine affordable properties.

The final two homes available for sale at Manor Farm are both four-bedroom detached 'Bressingham' homes, which each come with a double garage.

Helene Key, sales manager at Chestnut Homes, said: “Manor Farm has become an established part of the community in Bardney. Chestnut Homes has taken an active role in the area, supporting a range of annual events and good causes and getting to know people in the village.

The Bressingham'Bressingham' house type

“The development has attracted new residents to Bardney and provided opportunities for people already living in the area to buy their first or next home. The rural location and proximity to Lincoln continue to hold strong appeal.

“Our customers have been keen to move into a home where everything is new and created to the high standard of design and build for which Chestnut Homes is known.

“The final homes can be secured with a 5% deposit using the government Help to Buy scheme and are eligible for the stamp duty holiday.

“The Bressingham is a spacious house. The open-plan kitchen and dining area, home office and outdoor space fit well with buyers’ current priorities. The market in Lincolnshire is buoyant so we do expect these final homes to sell quickly.”

The final homes at Manor Farm are available from £324,950.
