First Homes Released At Uckfield Development

Housebuilder Charles Church has launched the first phase of homes on a much-anticipated new development in Uckfield, called Harlands Park.

This site will be delivering 119 two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom properties in a range of styles, with prices starting at £315,000. Of the 119 properties for sale at Harlands Park, 36 will be affordable. The development will boast a play area for children, and the first new residents are expected to move in from this summer onwards.

Charles Church house types, like the ‘Alnwick’, a well-proportioned property with open-plan kitchen/dining room, French doors leading into the garden, two double bedrooms and off road-road parking priced from £315,000. Or for the larger families there is the ‘Whiteleaf’, a detached, four-bedroom home offering the best of modern living. There’s a bright front-aspect living room, a light and airy kitchen/breakfast room with French doors to the rear garden and a dining room with storage, while upstairs the main bedroom boasts an en suite and there are a further three bedrooms. Prices start at £500,000.
