Second Phase Released At Glasgow Development

With the first phase of homes at its Jordanhill Park development in Glasgow’s West End sold out, CALA Homes has now released the second phase for sale.

All 29 luxury apartments from The Beech Collection , launched last year, have now been snapped up but the next phase of apartments from the development’s Oak Collection are now available to buy.

The Walled Garden comprises a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, each including zoned underfloor heating, composite decking to balconies, lift access and a secure video entry system and a private parking space.

Additionally, the housebuilder is gearing up to launch a collection of townhouses and detached villas at Jordanhill Park in the coming weeks.
