Strong Demand At Renfrewshire Development

Posted 14 December 2020 by Keith Osborne

Having recently sold out on one Renfrewshire development, CALA Homes is seeing a lot of buyer interest in another...

With its Ranfurly Green scheme in Bridge of Weir now all reserved, CALA Homes is now seeing Gilchrist Gardens, situated in the popular town of Erskine, as its fastest-selling development in the whole of the west of Scotland.

Gilchrist Gardens has a unique selection of both terraced and detached homes ranging from three to five bedrooms and proving to be as equally in demand as Ranfurly Green, which was an exclusive development of just 12 individually designed houses.

One of the new homes available in Erskine is ‘The Allan’ at Plot 14, considered ideal for first-time buyers, available with the First Home Fund, or for those starting a family. There’s an open-plan kitchen and dining area, complete with French doors leading out to the spacious garden. A separate lounge sits at the front of the house perfect for family time. Three generous-sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes complete upstairs with a large family bathroom and plenty of storage. ‘The Allan’ is priced at £210,000.

For expanding families looking for more space, ‘The Barrie’ could be the perfect solution. This also has an open-plan kitchen and dining area with impressive bi-fold doors which lead out to a private patio. Upstairs, each of the four bedrooms comes equipped with fitted wardrobes and bedroom one features a luxurious en suite bathroom. Ample storage throughout and an integral garage complets this home. Plot 27 is priced at £338,500.

Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director at CALA Homes (West), said: “Renfrewshire has proven incredibly popular with couples and families looking to settle in 2020. Its stunning location and easy commuter links make it a prime location for our buyers.

“With Ranfurly Green now sold out, buyers still have the opportunity to purchase their new CALA home in the sought-after town of Erskine. We simply cannot keep up with demand at Gilchrist Gardens and despite releasing the next collection of new homes, I would encourage anyone interested to get in touch soon before it’s too late.

“Appointments now need to be booked in advance or buyers can reserve remotely if preferred.”

Erskine is popular with commuters and has everything a town needs with things like supermarkets, restaurants and a community sports centre on the doorstep.
