Developments Launched In Buckinghamshire

House-hunters in Buckinghamshire have recently found themselves with a whole new range of homes to consider thanks to the latest launches in the county.

A new phase of three-bedroom Shared Ownership houses has just been put on sale at L&Q at Wavendon View, which will deliver a total of 13 two- and three-bedroom houses when complete, forming part of a new mixed tenure community of homes being built across Wavendon View and Wavendon Chase.

David Wilson Homes will be unveiling the latest phase of new homes at its Kingsbrook development in Aylesbury. Set within its Orchard Green village at Kingsbrook, the three-, four- and five-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes are expected to be ready for residents to move into in Spring 2022.

Independent housebuilder Dandara has just launched a brand new range of homes in Stewkley. The St Michael’s Park development, located on Soulbury Road in the heart of the historic Aylesbury Vale, offers a versatile range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
