Shared Ownership Open Day In Redditch This Weekend

Housing provider Bromford is hosting a Shared Ownership open day this weekend at its Mount Gate development in Redditch.

Mount Gate, located on Ipsley Street, is a collection of two-bedroom apartments perfect for young professionals and first-time buyers looking to secure their first home.

Interested customers looking for a new place to call home for the new year can book an appointment to attend the open day on Saturday 27 November, from 10.00am to 3.00pm. While there, they can take a tour of Mount Gate and the available apartments, and find out more about purchasing with Shared Ownership.

The two-bedroom ‘Townsend’ apartment will be open for visitors to tour and is available to purchase with Shared Ownership at £58,000 for a 40% share, with £199.32 rent per calendar month (terms and conditions apply). Share prices and purchases can range between 25% to 75% with staircasing opportunities available to gradually increase your owned share until full ownership.

This apartment features an open-plan kitchen/living/dining space that is perfect for entertaining, befitting from a fully fitted kitchen, integrated appliances and extractor hood. The home is completed with two double bedrooms (the second could easily be converted into a home office), a bathroom and two handy storage cupboards. Designed and built to meet the needs of local people, priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Redditch Borough. If you have been a resident, or employed within, the area for a number of years or have family who have lived in the area for at least three years, your name will go to the top of our list.

If house-hunters reserve a new home at this development before Monday 20 December, they will receive a £500 Argos voucher on completion to go towards making their new apartment feel like home.
