Deposit Contribution Available At Peterborough Development

Bovis Homes is offering a 5% deposit contribution to first- and second-time buyers who reserve a new home at its Woodston Mews development in Peterborough.

The offer is capped at 5% but there are some homes which come with upgrades already included. This offer is currently available on selected plots at Woodston Mews in Peterborough.

Andrew Handslip, director of sales at Bovis Homes South East Midlands, says: “The combination of mortgage rate rises and rising living expenses has led to worry for some families regarding the affordability of purchasing a new home. Our 5% deposit contribution offers breathing space to those who have been looking to find a new home”

A separate Shared Ownership scheme, Home Stepper, has also been rolled out by the developer at their Orton Copse development just half a mile away.

Home Stepper, a Shared Ownership scheme in partnership with Sage Homes, has recently been made available on selected homes, allowing those eligible to purchase up to 75% of the property.

Woodston Mews is a collection of 12 homes in Orton Longueville, with homes anticipated to complete in Winter 2023/2024. 

Prices at the development start from £279,995.
