There's been a surge in demand for more space and flexible living, says Steve Garton, regional sales director at Bloor Homes...

With a surge in demand from buyers across the region, Bloor Homes has revealed a rise in the number of house buyers at Kenilworth Corner who are looking for larger properties and more living space.

In the last six months, the housebuilder has seen over 65% of purchasers at its Kenilworth Corner development looking to move up the property ladder, choosing a larger property at the development.

Kenilworth CornerSteve Garton, sales director at Bloor Homes Western Region, explained: “These statistics clearly show that a more than a year of working and studying from home has led to a demand for more space and more flexible living options. Our buyers at Kenilworth are clear that they want a new home that will suit their new lifestyles.”

“We’ve noticed that our three- and four-bedroom homes have proved particularly popular. While some are being sold to first-time buyers, we also have more purchasers who have sold their existing home in this fast-moving market to buy their new one with Bloor or have even used our Part Exchange or Assisted Move schemes.”

Kenilworth CornerLocated on the edge of the market town of Kenilworth, the development is proving popular with families and second-steppers, as there is a selection of fantastic schools nearby as well as excellent amenities – from shops to Michelin star restaurants to some fantastic days out in the local area. In addition, great commuter links gives buyers the best of both worlds.

Bloor Homes is offering a selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes at Kenilworth Corner, starting at £312,000. Buyers are urged to call the sales team now, as there are only seven homes remaining. Find out more at www.bloorhomes.com.
