Berkeley has launched a new collection of Victorian-inspired three-bedroom homes at its Sunninghill Square development…

WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Berkeley has launched a collection of three-bedroom homes at its exclusive Sunninghill Square scheme in Berkshire.

Sunninghill Square is an evolving new community of homes appealing to families, young couples and downsizers. The development is situated just a two-minute walk from the village high street - bursting with boutiques, independent coffee houses and eateries.

The three-bedroom houses at Sunninghill Square offer well-considered living accommodation spread across three floors.

On the ground floor, a dedicated kitchen with integrated appliances is located to the front of the property, whilst a living / dining area at the back of the home with doors onto a private garden provides a delightful living space to entertain family and friends. Storage is plentiful with a coat cupboard located by the front door, plus a generous walk-in under stairs cupboard located in the corner of the lounge.

The middle floor includes a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite, plus a further double room and family bathroom.

With every square inch maximised throughout the property, the top floor is no exception. A large walk-in eaves cupboard, separate boiler/storage room, plus a dedicated laundry room provide practicality - whilst an elegant shower room is complemented by a spacious double bedroom with a superb bay window area large enough to create a dedicated office/study.

A new showhome to show case the lifestyle on offer, has been created by interior designers, Grace Zetter and Hannah Blunt. The styling has been chosen to reflect a tranquil and luxurious retreat, with homely earthy brown and sage green tones featuring throughout the property.

Hannah Blunt, design director at Zetter Blunt explains: “Colour plays a key role in the home. We have worked in collaboration with the high-grade climate positive paint company COAT to create a scheme using a few of their feature colours - Old Street which is a faded, greyed red and The Trail which is a stunning mid-green and Pudding, a rich beige pink creating a subtle warmth throughout the show home. We have also included timeless pieces of furniture which have been carefully selected to create a fresh contemporary look, incorporating a few high-end pieces from well-known brands such as Soho Home, Aesop and Anthropologie.”
