More Apartments Launched At Hackney Regeneration

Emerald Quarter, a collection of 49 modern one-bedroom apartments at Woodberry Down, has just launched as part of Berkeley’s landmark, nature-focused regeneration scheme in Hackney.

Emerald Quarter is part of Editions, the newest phase of homes at Woodberry Down. They will be delivered alongside two acres of surrounding green space, including a new park, groves of trees and lawns – in all, the equivalent of 29 tennis courts. The development also comprises 15 acres of landscaped parkland and 42 acres of open water including the Woodberry Wetlands, a dedicated nature reserve cared for by the London Wildlife Trust, which spans just over 27 acres.
