Bentley Hurst will be headed up by James Favas and Jonathan Gold, both with extensive property market experience in major agencies, and will offer sales and lettings services across the city centre and wider Greater Manchester area. There will be a focus on utilising modern technology in its operations, such as 360° photos, 3D professional photography and virtual viewings.
One of its current offerings is Victoria Residence at Crown Street, which was completed in October this year and is 99% sold out. Prices start at £299,000 for one-bedroom apartment. In addition to its location in a sought-after part of the city, the building also offers a number of amenities. There’s a residents’ lounge, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, two Royal Gardens overlooking the city and, most notably, a 44th floor swimming pool in Elizabeth Tower.

The Hallmark is a 15-storey development which is now ready for occupation, with the last few one- and two-bedroom apartments now available from £188,000 and £257,500 respectively. Secure parking is available at an additional cost. There are some ‘hotel-style’communal areas and a 12-th floor residents’ roof terrace, which gives views across Manchester. There’s a fibre-optic broadband feed to each department, which will make them attractive to home workers.
