New Agency Marketing New Build Manchester Homes

A new estate agency is marketing a number of new landmark apartment developments in Manchester, and will be using technology to help buyers take an in-depth look at the new homes from the comfort of their own.

Bentley Hurst will be headed up by James Favas and Jonathan Gold, both with extensive property market experience in major agencies, and will offer sales and lettings services across the city centre and wider Greater Manchester area. There will be a focus on utilising modern technology in its operations, such as 360° photos, 3D professional photography and virtual viewings.

One of its current offerings is Victoria Residence at Crown Street, which was completed in October this year and is 99% sold out. Prices start at £299,000 for one-bedroom apartment. In addition to its location in a sought-after part of the city, the building also offers a number of amenities.
