Development In Hatfield Peverel To Open To Public

Keith OsborneHatfield Grove, a new Bellway development of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, is set to open to visitors in Hatfield Peverel this month.
The first homes here were initially released online in August due to growing demand, and several plots have already been sold off-plan, but the sales office is due to open at the development this month., .
The 87 private homes, situated off Station Road, are all part of Bellway’s Artisan Collection, a range of brand new house types designed with input from hundreds of existing Bellway customers and only available at select developments across the UK. Hatfield Grove also contains the first Artisan Collection bungalow, a two-bedroom design called the ‘Woodcarver’.

Two of the Artisan Collection properties are also to be unveiled as show homes at Hatfield Grove – the three-bedroom ‘Chandler’ and four-bedroom ‘Goldsmith’ house types.
Jenny Walker, sales director of Bellway Essex, said: “The on-site launch of Hatfield Grove will be the first time that buyers will be able to visit the development and speak to our sales advisor in person about the Artisan Collection homes available there.
“All visits to Hatfield Grove will be by appointment only and social distancing guidelines must be adhered to when inside the sales office.
“Our new booking system allows visitors to be able to have allocated time with the sales advisor when they can ask any questions they might have about the development and the homes on offer. We’ve seen this new system work really well at other developments in the area.
“We currently have a range of two-, three and four-bedroom homes on sale. More homes are set to be released in the future, including our two-bedroom flat-over-garage, the ‘Sadler’, plus more two-, three- and four-bedroom house types.”
The first homes at Hatfield Grove are scheduled to be ready to move into at the beginning of next year. Prices for two-bedroom homes start at £332,995.
