Barratt Developments – a former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year which sells under its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands – has a host of live sites across the East Midlands and for keen homebuyers looking for a move as soon as possible, there are a number of brand new homes in the region which are build complete and ready to move into now.
There are a host of offers on selected plots too (all subject to terms and conditions), so there could be some real benefits to not delaying your dream house move.
Nottinghamshire
Fernwood Village is a growing new community located 10 minutes south-east of Newark where the new homes are complemented by lots of green open space, play park, convenience store and bistro bar. The ‘Denby’ is priced at £274,995, a three-bedroom detached house with integral garage which has upgraded kitchen and flooring packages and a deposit contribution of £10,000.
