Housebuilder’s August Offers At Lancashire Sites
Barratt Developments, a former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year, has a host of developments taking shape across Lancashire in its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, and there are some great offers for keen buyers to enjoy if they book their reservation this month.
At Inglewhite Meadow in Longridge, David Wilson Homes has a range of four-bedroom houses for sale ranging from £280,000 to £382,500. There are plans to open show homes here this autumn. Meanwhile, there is an offer of Stamp Duty paid on selected homes on reservations by 31 August 2021.
One is Plot 12, the detached, three-storey ‘Hertford’ set on a corner plot and priced £325,000. It comes with kitchen/dining room an utility room, lounge, three double bedrooms (one with en suite and dressing area), a single bedroom, shower room and family bathroom.
At Romans Green in Preston, Barratt Homes is offering a deal of £10,000 of upgrades on Plot 259 if reserved by 31 August 2021. There’s actually a ‘Kingsley’ show home a few miles away at The Brooks, where Barratt Homes has a range of special offers. A notable one, valid if reserving before 31 August 2021, is on Plot 203, a four-bedroom detached ‘Alderney’ house type, where the housebuilder will pay the mortgage for the first 12 months (terms and conditions apply), Priced at £362,500, it has an open-plan kitchen/breakfast and spacious, triple-aspect lounge are flooded with light from the French doors. The Brooks is in Barrow in the setting of the Ribble Valley with far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside. This area has great transport links and a number of excellent schools. Prices for the current two-, three- and four-bedroom homes available range from £204,000 to £390,000, and there are three show homes available to view by appointment.
At Waddow Heights in Clitheroe, David Wilson Homes has three- and four-bedroom homes for sale, priced from £327,500 to £385,000, with some having £10,000 towards upgrades if reserved by 31 August 2021.
