New Phase Of Apartments At Mill Hill

Posted 15 April 2021 by Keith Osborne

The latest collection of apartments at Millbrook Park is launched by Barratt London on Saturday 17 April...

Kingcup Apartments, a brand new phase comprising 16 one and two-bedroom homes, is due to launch on the weekend of Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 April at Barratt London’s Millbrook Park development.

With prices yet to be confirmed, Kingcup Apartments are expected to start from £459,000 for a one-bedroom home, with two-bedroom properties also available, with the London Help to Buy equity loan scheme available on selected units.

There are already a range of apartments available in other blocks, and there’s a special offer on one in particular right now. If reserved by 30 April, Barratt London will pay the service charge for the first two years, a deal worth some £3,700. Set on the ground floor of Buttercup Apartments, Plot 21 is a one-bedroom home priced at £439,000 and will be ready to move into in June this year. It qualifies for London Help to Buy, which will require a 5% deposit of £21,950, and thanks to the Stamp Duty holiday, there’s another saving of £6,950. This bright apartment comes with its own private, south-facing terrace and offers 636 sq ft of living space. The large open-plan living/dining area includes a fully fitted German kitchen with appliances. The property comes with underfloor heating and parking is included.

When complete, the site will offer one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, including 345 new apartments and 10 new houses, situated in popular Mill Hill, north London, on the former Inglis Army Barracks site, where the barracks were in use from 1905 until 2007.

Part of a growing neighbourhood, residents will also benefit from access to an on-site primary school, brand new parks, a public piazza and the Millbrook Plaza, which will house shops, offices and restaurants. Millbrook Park is ideal for commuters, with Mill Hill East Underground station located opposite the development, offering regular services to Euston station in just 20 minutes. Parking is included with all homes.

Prices currently start at £410,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, £577,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and £982,000 for a three-bedroom mews house. Find out more about Millbrook Park from Barratt London.
