Barratt Homes, WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year 2019, has a one-bedroom apartment available through Home Reach at its Gilden Park development in Harlow, Essex.

Home Reach is a partnership between the housebuilder and private landlord heylo which provides a more affordable way for people to get on the housing ladder across the UK via ‘part buy-part rent’, a version of Shared Ownership. Here you can buy the 50% share price shown and pay a low monthly rent on the 50% you don’t buy.

Plot 282 of Gibberd Court is one the ground floor and has a bright, open-plan kitchen/diner and lounge, one bedroom and a bathroom. It comes with allocated parking and with Home Reach, a 50% share can be purchased £102,750 (full price £205,500).

Home Reach has already helped over 2,000 new buyers onto the property ladder since it launched in 2014.
