First Show Home Open At Sunderland Development

Avant Homes has unveiled its first show home at its Wellington Park development situated two and a half miles from Sunderland city centre.

The housebuilder, which has its regional head office in Sunderland, is currently constructing the second phase of Wellington Park. Once complete it will comprise a mix of 94 two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and will feature 17 of the developer’s new design-led house types.

Homes at Wellington Park are priced from £227,995 for a three-bedroom detached home to £267,995 four-bedroom house set over three storeys and with an integral garage.

The three-bedroom ‘Cadeby’ show home features a welcoming entrance leading to a flexible kitchen and dining space complete with French doors opening onto the spacious garden. Downstairs also comprises a cosy lounge, a cloakroom and ample storage space. Upstairs there is an en suite main bedroom, as well as by two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
