Homes In Ash Green Go On Sale This Weekend

The first homes at a new housing development in Ash Green are to be released for sale on Saturday 6 March.

Ashberry Homes, part of the Bellway group, is building 59 new homes at Chestnut Grove, off White Lane, alongside 8.5 acres of open parkland, with the first homes going on sale from Bellway’s former Corunna sales office, off Hope Grants Road in Aldershot.

The new development will provide 35 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes for private sale and 24 affordable homes for local people through rent or Shared Ownership.

Ashberry Homes will also invest £1.5million towards local services in and around Ash Green as part of the planning agreement for the development.

Dan Storey, sales manager for Ashberry Homes, said: “We are making good progress with the build at Chestnut Grove and we will have a sales team available to help homebuyers find their new home here. Construction is on track for us to be able to welcome the first residents at Chestnut Grove into their homes this autumn.
