Next Phase Begins At Tottenham Hale Regeneration

Keith OsborneArgent Related has started construction on the fourth residential building at its development in the heart of Tottenham Hale.
The North Island building will deliver 136 new homes, including 80 available through Shared Ownership and 56 on the open market. There is 3,000 sq ft of planned commercial space on the ground floor with flexible use for a café, restaurants and shops facing onto Station Road and The Hale, which leads directly to Tottenham Hale station.
The construction of the North Island building is part of Argent Related’s Tottenham Hale regeneration scheme which will create a fully-integrated new neighbourhood including over 1,000 new homes, 15 retail spaces, co-working and office space, a new health centre serving 30,000 local people, and three new public squares, all minutes from well-connected Tottenham Hale station. The scheme is vital for the future vision of the area, delivering green spaces, improved road networks and bus station, retail and leisure hubs, as well as affordable housing.
The Tottenham Hale development has received strong sales demand for its first residential building, 1 Ashley Road with over 50% of sales completed. 1 Ashley Road has been designed by Alison Brooks Architects with 183 studios and apartments with interior design by Conran and Partners. International landscape architects Grants Associates have been commissioned by to conceive the design of new public and green spaces.
Currently available are a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from £424,000.

1,600 new residents will move into their new homes from 2022. The local household annual spend of these residents is estimated to be £14.5 million, which will support local businesses in the area.
