New Homes For Sale At Shavington Development
This weekend, Saturday 29 April, Anwyl Homes is set to launch sales at its latest development.
The family-run homebuyer will unveil the first properties on release at the 84-home Queen’s Meadow development from its nearby development in Crewe.
Located off Newcastle Road, Shavington, Queen’s Meadow will feature a range of 59 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, including bungalows, for private sale, and 25 affordable homes to meet local need. Residents will also be able to enjoy areas of green space and a new play area.
The first homes at Queen’s Meadow are expected to be completed towards the end of this year, with show homes and an on-site sales office due to open next winter. The Shavington development has been named Queen’s Meadow in honour of the late Queen Elizabeth II. Streets will be named after Her Majesty’s favourite horses, as the site had previously been used as an equestrian paddock.
Anwyl Homes is inviting prospective purchasers to visit its Alexandra Gardens development, off Sydney Road in Crewe, for the launch event. This takes place from 10am to 5:30pm on Saturday 29 April, where visitors can view show homes and talk to Anwyl’s sales team.
Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, says: “We’re excited to launch our first wave of new homes at Queen’s Meadow and invite potential buyers to visit our nearby Alexandra Gardens development in Crewe to find out more. I’d encourage visitors to pre-book an appointment for the launch event via our website, where they can also register their interest to receive updates on the first releases and subsequent development news. We’ll be releasing prices online shortly before the launch.”
Queen’s Meadow is part of the wider Shavington Triangle project, and represents the final phase.
Graeme adds: “The homes at Queen’s Meadow will provide a great addition to the local property market, with a mix of two to four-bedroom homes for sale. Being brand new, they are highly energy efficient, low maintenance and benefit from no onward chain. Buying off-plan, in the early stages of the development, also gives homebuyers the chance to have their pick of the available plots. And if they buy early enough in the build process they can choose from interior options like kitchen cabinets, worktops and flooring to really make their home their own.”
Future residents at Queen’s Meadow will enjoy all the local village amenities of Shavington on their doorstep, including a Co-op, a pub and village primary school, while being close to Nantwich and Crewe and nearby Shavington Academy.
