Ambassador Living has put the final homes at its Park Quadrant Residences development in Glasgow’s West End for sale.

Located in the historic Park Circus area, it is completing the concentric ring of Victorian terraces in one of the city’s most sought-after, historic locations, which was first envisioned by architect, Charles Wilson in 1851.

In all, the development accommodates 98 luxury properties across 11 stairwells. Consisting of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and duplex properties, with lift access and private residents’ parking, the development has a striking natural sandstone, oversized bay windows and elegant high ceilings.

The final release of apartments spans three final cores named after renowned Glaswegian architects Leitch, Holmes and Mackintosh ,and includes an array of apartment choices including some brand new types only available at the East gable end, and a limited collection of exclusive duplex apartments, each with their own private terrace and master bedroom suite spanning an entire floor.

Park Quadrant ResidencesAll the residences feature exclusive Kohler bathrooms and Leicht German kitchens with Gaggenau and Siemens appliances, along with underfloor heating, oversized doors, high ceilings and large bay windows. Generously proportioned rooms provide flexible living spaces and most homes also feature an element of private outdoor space either via a balcony or terrace. Residents can also enjoy the communal south-facing promenade gardens affording additional relaxing outdoor spaces within this luxury city living development.

There are 11 boutique interior designed entrance lobbies and a full-time residents’ concierge.

Vivi Iafrate, sales and marketing manager for Ambassador Living, said: “Park Quadrant Residencies is a rare development that has redefined luxury city living, we have refused to compromise on our ultimate vision and it really leaves its mark on anyone who visits.

“With the final phase of homes now released this truly is the last opportunity to capture your own exclusive piece of Glasgow’s rich history. The final release of homes really is the end of an era for us but also a very proud moment as we finally complete what has now become one of the most prestigious addresses in Scotland.”

Prices at Park Quadrant Residences start from £405,000, the duplexes are priced from £672,000 and all penthouses are sold out. The marketing suite is open by appointment only, between 11.00am to 6.00pm Monday and Friday, 11.00am to 7.00pm on Thursday and 11.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and Sunday.
