Keith OsborneAmbassador Living has released the first homes at Forthview, its first development in the historic royal burgh of South Queensferry, near Edinburgh, its first on Scotland’s east coast.
The development comprises 92 homes, including a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom houses together with one- and two-bedroom apartments. There are 32 affordable homes there, as part of the company’s planning commitments agreed with City of Edinburgh Council.
The first phase of homes is now available and interested buyers can arrange a ‘virtual’ appointment for social distancing, or a meeting at Dakota Hotel, South Queensferry.
Gordon Coster, managing director of Ambassador Living, said: “It is a real landmark to commence works on our first development in The East. With more developments coming through on this side of the country, we are looking forward to introducing our premium offer and personal home-buying journey to new customers.
“South Queensferry, as a location, has it all; a great local community with an abundance of amenities, well-reputed schools and great commuter links. In addition, the views over the three bridges are truly breathtaking – making Forthview a unique opportunity.
“We have a varied mix of homes so regardless of where you are on your housing journey, there is something for everyone.
“There has been a fantastic response to our first release, with only a small number of homes remaining. We would urge anyone interested to register their interest now to avoid disappointment.”
