Part Exchange Event In Norwich This Weekend

Allison Homes Eastern Counties is hosting a Part Exchange weekend at The Oaks development in Norwich, where homebuyers could secure a special deal worth thousands of pounds.

The event will take place at the site off Poppy Way on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 July from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Lucky buyers could receive 100% Part Exchange on their existing home, plus an extra £5,000 towards moving costs if they reserve during the event or by Monday 31 July. Terms and conditions apply.

Part Exchange enables property-seekers to secure a new home without having to sell their current property first, or pay estate agent fees. Allison Homes Eastern Counties will arrange for a minimum of two independent valuations of the property. Upon acceptance of an offer, the housebuilder will reserve the buyer’s chosen Allison home, meaning they can relax knowing their dream home is secured and their original home has a guaranteed cash buyer.

Visitors will be able to view the show homes and independent financial advice experts will also be on hand all weekend to offer free mortgage advice. Potential buyers can receive on-the-spot valuations of their existing properties.

The Oaks comprises three-, four- and five-bedroom, energy-efficient homes, in a perfect location with excellent transport links, a thriving community and plenty of modern amenities. As standard, the properties come with flooring included throughout, are fitted with solar panels and benefit from being charging point ready, which will enable homeowners to upgrade to include, or install their own, electric car charging points.
