Price Cuts On New Homes In North Lanarkshire

Posted 5 January 2024 by Keith Osborne

House-hunters will find significant savings thanks to new prices on selected new homes for sale at Chryston from Allanwater Homes...

Allanwater Homes has reduced the prices of many of the new homes for sale at its Chryston development, on the outskirts of Glasgow.

This site offers a variety of three-, four- and five-bedroom house designs featuring a modern exterior finish in grey and white, and including front and rear/side lighting, energy-efficient solar panels to the roof, leading to EPC rating of B. Residents here benefit from strong transport links, being just two miles from the M80. The town offers a wealth of local amenities and has an up-and-coming new primary school.

Some examples of the new prices here are:

  • Five plots of the ‘Lewis’ have been reduced by £28,000 - £29,000 and are now all available at £359,995. This is a four-bedroom villa with integral single garage. There’s a lounge at the front, and the kitchen/dining room leads to the garden and to a utility room. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and the principal bedroom has an en suite shower room.
  • Two of the ‘Fintry’ have been reduced by £22,000 to £314,995. This is a detached four-bedroom home with kitchen/dining/family room, utility room, en suite and built-in wardrobes to bedroom one, wardrobes to bedroom two, and private parking outside.
  • There are three of the four-bedroom detached ‘Iona’. Plots 28 and 36 have been reduced by £30,000 to £369,995. Plot 14 has been reduced by £27,000 to £362,995. The lounge has a feature bay window, and there’s a utility room off the kitchen/dining family room at the rear. Three of the four bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes, and for bedroom one, the bonus of en suite.
  • The ‘Morar’ is the largest house type, a five-bedroom detached villa. Two examples have been reduced by £23,000 to £384,995. Three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and bedroom one has an en suite. Bedroom five, the smallest, might make a perfect home office. There’s a kitchen/dining/family room and separate lounge. It has a private driveway.

The sales office and show home here are open Thursday to Monday from 11.00am to 5.30pm.
